Shipping Information

Orders placed in United States and Canada:

• Standard Shipping (9–12 days): FREE
• Priority Shipping (6–9 days): $2.99

Orders placed in Australia:

• Standard Shipping (8–10 days): FREE
• Priority Shipping (6–8 days): $2.99

Orders placed in the United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping (7–8 days): FREE
• Priority Shipping (5–6 days): $2.99

Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center used.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible. Orders take between 1–2 business days to process after being placed before shipping out.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification via email containing your tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a notice card may be left by the postal service advising how and where your parcel can be collected.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times stated above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing, which is outside of our control.

If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer (including an incorrect shipping address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery), the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

These expenses may include shipping costs and any additional charges incurred during the return process. Such costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the carrier's tracking system.

For this reason, we strongly recommend having items delivered to a secure address.
